AI keeps taking a big share of all venture funding tracked, every week, since October. Total raised: $460.0 billion across 41 weeks. This week (Week 41): AI raised $12.42B across 71 companies — 51.7% of every venture dollar, nearly three times last week. The story is who got it. Four rounds cleared a billion dollars each — Mistral AI $3.49B in Paris, Crusoe $3.0B in Denver, Cognition $2.0B in San Francisco and Fluidstack $1.5B in New York — and together they are 80% of every AI dollar raised this week. Take those four out and the rest of the AI market raised $2.43B against $4.87B last week, a 50% drop. The median round fell with it, $15.0M to $9.9M, and 36 of the 71 rounds came in under $10M. Three of the four giants sell data centers, GPU capacity and models rather than a product a business uses. Robotics, which took 43.3% of AI dollars last week, took 1.7% this week — with the same number of companies funded.
